WE’RE LEAVING FOR SMITH TODAY! 

Finally. Not that I want to leave my family, but I am THE last person not in college yet.

We packed the truck up last night and managed to fit all my stuff in the back (I didn’t know I had that much stuff? I guess I’m spoiled since I’m an only child). I was outside a total of five minutes before I was eaten alive by mosquitoes. Those damn Virginia mosquitoes just HAD to get one more snack out of me before I headed north, didn’t they? I’m hoping this will be less of an issue in New England. I might be investing in bug spray to be on the safe side though.

Only a few more hours til we pull out! I’m going to go pack a stuffed animal for that tea before I forget.
